Shide: Bridging Science and Life
Shide (紙垂)
Shide are sacred paper streamers used in Shinto to mark holy spaces and serve as a spiritual barrier. They are also said to represent the shape of lightning, rooted in the ancient belief that lightning brings abundant harvests.
We have entrusted our corporate logo with this symbol, carrying the ideals of the richness of life and the dignity of humanity as we grow.
Philosophy
When making shide, one begins by washing their hands with a sense of reverence. We aspire to bring that same mindset when creating our products and ideas.
